Part of Santiago Queirolo's Intipalka line – Quechua for "Valley of the Sun" – from a Peruvian winemaking and distilling house founded in 1880. A round, balanced blend pairing Quebranta's structure with Italia's aromatics, distilled in small batches in traditional copper stills.

Tasting notes

Brilliantly clear; floral and fruity with citrus, pear, honey and a hint of almond; smooth and well structured, with a long, elegant finish.
