Part of Santiago Queirolo's Intipalka line – Quechua for "Valley of the Sun" – from a Peruvian winemaking and distilling house founded in 1880. A premium blend made by the mosto verde method – fermentation stopped early to keep natural grape sugars – and distilled in copper pot stills.

Tasting notes

Crystal clear with silver highlights; floral and fruity with honey, citrus and ripe pear; smooth, rich and lightly sweet, with a long, balanced finish.
