Intipalka Pisco Mosto Verde Acholado

About Santiago Queirolo & Intipalka

Since its founding in 1880, Santiago Queirolo has been a cornerstone of Peruvian winemaking and distillation, blending over a century of craftsmanship, passion, and innovation. Nestled in the Ica Valley, where the desert sun and cool Pacific winds create the perfect conditions for grape cultivation, Queirolo continues to uphold the traditions that have made Peru’s pisco world-renowned.

The Intipalka collection — meaning “Valley of the Sun” in Quechua — represents the pinnacle of Santiago Queirolo’s artistry. Each Intipalka pisco is a testament to the harmony between ancient methods and modern precision, capturing the spirit of Peru’s terroir through meticulous craftsmanship and the finest hand-selected grapes.

About Intipalka Pisco Mosto Verde Acholado

Intipalka Pisco Mosto Verde Acholado is an exceptional blend of Quebranta and Italia grapes, distilled using the artisanal Mosto Verde method, in which fermentation is intentionally stopped before completion. This technique preserves part of the grape’s natural sugars, producing a pisco of remarkable complexity, silkiness, and aromatic depth — one of the most luxurious expressions in the Intipalka range.

Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, this pisco is crystal clear and luminous, offering a fragrance that balances the structure of the Quebranta grape with the bright floral and fruit-forward character of Italia. On the nose, it reveals notes of white flowers, ripe pear, honey, and tropical fruit, while the palate unfolds with velvety richness and subtle sweetness, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

Elegant and multifaceted, Intipalka Pisco Mosto Verde Acholado is ideal for savoring neat, where its nuanced profile can be fully appreciated, or used in elevated cocktails such as the Pisco Sour, Chilcano de Maracuyá, or Pisco Tonic. This expression showcases Santiago Queirolo’s mastery in creating a spirit that is both refined and deeply rooted in Peruvian heritage.
