Part of Santiago Queirolo's Intipalka line – Quechua for "Valley of the Sun" – from a Peruvian winemaking and distilling house founded in 1880. A single-varietal mosto verde pisco – fermentation stopped early to keep natural sugars – made in small batches and distilled once in copper pot stills.

Tasting notes

Clear with silvery highlights; intense jasmine, honey and tropical fruit; rich, smooth and gently sweet with balanced acidity and a long, aromatic finish.
