Part of Santiago Queirolo's Intipalka line – Quechua for "Valley of the Sun" – from a Peruvian winemaking and distilling house founded in 1880. A small-batch mosto verde Quebranta – fermentation stopped before all sugars convert – distilled once in copper pot stills to showcase the grape's purity.

Tasting notes

Brilliant and crystalline; ripe fruit, almond, honey and soft banana with light caramel; rich, velvety and slightly sweet, with a smooth finish of warm fruit and spice.
