Grown sustainably on chalky-clay soils with fewer treatments and grassed vineyards. Grapes are pneumatically pressed, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and aged on fine lees before a spring bottling.

Tasting notes

Pale gold, with aromas of white peach, kiwi and honey. Citrus and delicate minerality on the palate lead to a long, balanced finish.
