From Antoine de la Farge, whose grandfather Gérard Clément helped found the Menetou-Salon appellation. Hand-picked grapes are pressed gently, moved by gravity, fermented without added yeasts and aged three months on lees with regular bâtonnage.

Tasting notes

Pale golden yellow with green hues; candied lemon, white flowers, grapefruit and a hint of Granny Smith. Pineapple and peach join the citrus on a lively, soft finish.
