A Crémant de Luxembourg from the Clasen family's Domaine Clos des Rochers in Grevenmacher. Hand-harvested Pinot Blanc and Riesling are gently pressed, fermented at controlled temperatures, then given a second fermentation in bottle with riddling and disgorgement.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with a fine, steady bead; floral nose of pear, peach and a touch of brioche, with sweetness and acidity well balanced and a lively, citrus-tinged finish.
