From the Chavet family estate in Menetou-Salon, near Sancerre, farmed sustainably (Quali'Terre certified) and led since 2019 by agronomist-winemaker Antoine de la Farge. Raised six months in stainless steel to keep the fruit fresh and pure.

Tasting notes

Pale gold with green tints; candied lemon, white flowers and a light mineral note on the nose. Lively yet rounded, with lemongrass, yuzu and a touch of exotic fruit before a bright finish.
