From Bué grower Philippe Auchère, Les Déserts comes from his best vines, around 60 years old. The vineyards are hoed and mowed to protect soil structure and biodiversity, with microtractors used to limit compaction and the carbon footprint.

Tasting notes

Light platinum with a green flash; lemon zest, chalk dust and white flowers with hints of ginger and sea spray. Lime and grapefruit with minty, tangy freshness lead to a long, mineral, crushed-stone finish.
