A five-generation family estate in Bué, just outside the heart of Sancerre. Its 23 hectares are 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Pinot Noir, farmed sustainably, with each plot vinified separately.

Tasting notes

Pale gold with green glints; citrus, green apple, white peach, florals and flinty minerality. Crisp and pure with grapefruit, pear and lemon zest, finishing long, clean and mineral.
